General Questions:

Do you travel?

Yes we do! Depending on how far out of the San Antonio area there will be travel fee added starting at $25. Contact us with the venue's address for an accurate rate. Ask for a quote here.

What if I need to cancel or change the date?

No problem! We understand life happens and are happy to work around your schedule.

If you need to cancel, as long as it is 30days before the scheduled date you may get your full refund of any payment made after the deposit. (deposit is non refundable)

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible to secure another date. We will send over a new agreement form with the new date and any payments made will transfer over.

Are there payment options?

Yes! To officially get booked with us, we only require a $300 non-refundable deposit. After that, you can make payments at anytime and an invoice receipt will be emailed to you after each one.

Until when do I have to finish my payments?

Any remaining balance must be paid by 1 week before the booked date. The payment due date will be listed on the agreement form in red when booking a service with us.

Photography Questions:

​

How many Photographers will there be?

1-2 depending on the service booked. For any portrait sessions there will be a photographer's assistant. For smaller parties there will be one photographer, for bigger celebrations, there will be up to two photographers. Check out our portraiture work here.

Do you have back up photographers?

Yes we do! If in the small chance one of us falls ill and cannot work then we have other Professional Photographers to take over. No matter what, you can count on us to capture wonderful memories.

Photo Booth Questions:

How much space is needed for the Photo Booth?

Ideally a 10ft x 10ft area would be great! We have worked in many tight spaces before and everyone still enjoyed taking photos at the booth so no matter what, we will make it work! See the set up here.

Do you have different colored backdrops?

Yes we have a variety of colors. Currently we have 4 solid colors; white, grey, burgundy, & lavender. We also have 3 shimmer colors; black, silver & gold. The packages offer a draped curtain style or one color option. any color combinations can be made to match your party.
